A century ago, cargo ships from all over the world used to unloaded their logs here. Now, an attractive island district is now being created where Amsterdammers can live at the water. The municipality and project developers agreed that the Houthaven should become a 100% climate neutral neighborhood. Buildings are being built environmentally friendly in the Houthaven, with extra attention to energy and material use. For this district, Marlies Rohmer designed a robust education building: Houthaven Bredeschool, that consists of two primary schools, a nursery and playgrounds for toddlers. The school is built according to the principle of fresh school class A. Figure sawing with aluminium systems Marlies Rohmer Architecture & Urbanism Rohmer mentions that the aesthetic and technical aspects of the Reynaers aluminum systems were key selection criteria. ''The invisible drainage and the good static performances are important so you can make big and high frames. In addition, the finishing of the anodized windows is very good." ![ConceptWall 50 Murs rideaux, CS 77 Hidden Vent Fenêtres et ConceptSystem 77 Fenêtres - Brede school Houthaven situé à Amsterdam, les Pays-Bas](/sites/default/files/public/styles/image_square/public/inriver/68853_2014%20Brede%20School%20Houthavens%20Amsterdam%20%2818%29.jpg?h=4943a703&itok=shN7QcxM) For the façade, the CS 77 window and door profile with hidden vents was choosen as well as the CW 50 curtain wall system. ### Systèmes Reynaers utilisés [Murs rideaux](/fr/produits/fa%C3%A7ades) - [ConceptWall 50](/fr/produits/murs-rideaux/conceptwall-50) [Fenêtres](/fr/produits/fenetres) - [CS 77 Hidden Vent](/fr/produits/fenetres/conceptsystem-77/ouvrant-cache) - [ConceptSystem 77](/fr/produits/fenetres/conceptsystem-77) ### Involved stakeholders Architect - Marlies Rohmer Architecture & Urbanism Fabricator - Schipper Kozijnen Photographe - Thea van den Heuvel Partager cette étude de cas - [f](https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https%3A//www.reynaers.ca/fr/markdownify/node/5944%3Futm_source%3Dfacebook%26utm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_campaign%3Dwebsite) - [t](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=https%3A//www.reynaers.ca/fr/markdownify/node/5944%3Futm_source%3Dtwitter%26utm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_campaign%3Dwebsite) - [l](https://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=1&url=https%3A//www.reynaers.ca/fr/markdownify/node/5944%3Futm_source%3Dlinkedin%26utm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_campaign%3Dwebsite) - [p](https://pinterest.com/pin/create/button/) - [m]() ## Vous pourriez aimer [ See all projects ](/fr/realisations) - ![ConceptSystem 77 Portes, CW 50 Standard Murs rideaux, CW 50 Murs rideaux et CS 77 Hidden Vent Fenêtres - Building N Hengelo situé à Hengelo, les Pays-Bas](/sites/default/files/public/styles/teaser_medium/public/inriver/images/59271_Reynaers%20Projectprijs%202018%20Gebouw%20N%20%286%29.jpg?h=854a7be2&itok=NFLYRAkB) ### Building N Hengelo *Hengelo - les Pays-Bas* [Lire la suite](/fr/inspiration/references-de-projets-en-aluminium/portes-murs-rideaux-fenetres-building-n-hengelo-hengelo) - ![ConceptSystem 77 Portes, CS 77 Hidden Vent Fenêtres, CW 50 Standard Murs rideaux et CW 50 Murs rideaux - KJC Heliomare & MFS Heemskerk situé à Heemskerk, les Pays-Bas](/sites/default/files/public/styles/teaser_medium/public/inriver/59264_Reynaers%20Projectprijs%202018%20Heliomare%20%281%29.jpg?h=854a7be2&itok=9wM2OGb-) ### KJC Heliomare & MFS Heemskerk *Heemskerk - les Pays-Bas* [Lire la suite](/fr/inspiration/references-de-projets-en-aluminium/portes-fenetres-murs-rideaux-kjc-heliomare-mfs-heemskerk-heemskerk) [ See all projects ](/fr/realisations)
