Your workplace in Belgium is the Reynaers Campus in Duffel, the headquarters of Reynaers Aluminium. The Campus itself is a stimulating working environment for Reynaers' employees and a meeting place for partners, allowing them to experience the latest products and innovations in complete interactivity.
WE ARE REYNAERS
Reynaers Aluminium, part of Reynaers, specialises in the design and marketing of innovative and sustainable aluminium systems. Windows and doors are not manufactured here. It is our customers worldwide who process our systems into windows, doors, facade systems, sliding doors, sun shading and conservatories. But they are not alone in this challenge: we provide a wide range of services to ensure that our clients, architects and investors are well supported.
WE CREATE
Continuous improvement is not a hollow concept to us. Every day we look for ways to improve our products and services even more. How can we make the construction process more sustainable and efficient with new technologies and the ultimate experience? Our team of more than 100 colleagues in the Research & Development department is looking for these answers on a daily basis. But it is also the mission of each of us within our own domain. Where can (time) waste be eliminated to make work more fun and lighter?

WE INNOVATE
In recent years we have invested heavily in digital tools and applications. For this we were rewarded with the Factory of the Future award from Agoria. The Reynaers Campus is fully committed to innovation with an Experience Center and AVALON, a Virtual Reality simulation room that allows us to visit future buildings in a virtual environment. AVALON was the idea of one employee. He was given the green light and today we are working on a successful roll-out in the construction industry.
